The scope of Phase III is the construction of the following:

• Main building (museum and conference centre)
• Manager’s residence
• Fit-out of main energy centre
• Completion of tunnels between Phase II and the main building
• Restaurant
• Site structures outside the boundary of Phase II
• Landscaping, site work and infrastructure outside the boundary of Phase II
